Raymond Carmona Carrillo, Sr.

Raymond Carmona Carrillo, Sr. was born January 8, 1939 in New Braunfels, Texas. He had been a resident of Tyler for 23 years, formerly living in Bryan. He retired from Frito Lay and was an evangelist. He traveled and spread the word of God for 43 years. He was a member of Iglesia Bautista Centro De Vida in Tyler, and founded Men of Valor in Tyler.

Ray passed away at the age of 78 on June 10, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Felix Carrillo and Anita Enriquez; son, Roger Abel Carrillo; and brother, Felix Carrillo.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Maria Carrillo of Tyler; six sons, Raymond Carrillo Jr., Joshua Carrillo, Ralph Carrillo, Richard Carrillo, Ruben Carrillo and Isidro Bermudez (Ruth); three daughters, Debbie Carrillo (Rudy Ontiveros), Nora Ontiveros (Manuel) and Patricia Webb (David); brothers, Henry Enriquez and Guadalupe Enriquez; sisters, Gloria Moreno, Delores Firch and Anita Enriquez; 32 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
