Delores "Kris" Christine Keahey

Delores Christine (Kris) Moore Keahey departed this world to be united with her Lord on Monday, February 5, 2010, at a Tyler hospital.

Kris was born on September 23, 1930 in Fairfield, Texas to Bert Moore and Willie Reddell Moore. Kris was married to James Olen Keahey and had four children.
Kris was beautiful, loving, and supportive of all who knew her. She worked in numerous professions but had a talent with window treatments and decorating. She owned and operated her own business, Olde House of Time, for over 35 years. Upon retirement she stayed busy enjoying her farm, flowerbeds, friends, and family.
Kris served in the Irving Police Department for approximately three years.

Kris was preceded in death by her father, Bert Moore, stepmother, Mamie Moore, mother, Willie Reddell, sister, Maxine Moore Livingston, brother, Donald Bert Moore, husband, J.O. (Olen) Keahey, and son, Donald Keenan (Ken) Keahey.

Kris is survived by her daughter, Kristina Lynn Keahey, two sons, Ron and John Keahey, stepson, James Keahey, grandchildren, James Walker and his wife, Teresa, Brittany Croin and her husband, Justin, William Huber and his wife, Susan, Keawanah (Kiki) Hudson, Kasey Keahey and his wife, Jamie, Kelly Keahey and his wife, Jennifer, Mica Smith, Kathy Keahey, fourteen great grandchildren, numerous great great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and acquaintances.

A memorial for family and friends will be set at a later date.
